Mr. Aidyn Kulseitov

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Aidyn Kulseitov has a big experience of working in local government bodies. He was a head of departments in Ministry of Industry and Trade of RK, Ministry of energy and mineral resources as well as a Deputy Chief of Social and Economic Monitoring Department of the Administration of the President of the RK.
In September 2009 he was assigned to the position of Chairman of the Board of the JSC “National Innovation Fund”. 

Mr. Auyelbek Tokzhanov  

First Deputy Chairman of the Board                  
Education: People’s Friendship University of Russia named after Patrice Lumumba.

Before joining the Fund Mr. Tokzhanov was a deputy chairman of the board of "Zharyk" company, from 2006 to 2007 he worked as President’s advisor in the "Center of engineering and transfer of technologies". Joined the Fund in 2007.

Mr. Jeksen Jalkibayev

Deputy Chairman of the Board      
Education: Almaty Academy of Transport, International Academy of Business

Mr. Zheksen Zhalkibayev made his career at positions of Assistant of Minister of Transport and Communications of the RK, Deputy General Director of regional branches of the JSC “Kazakhtelekom”, Presidential Adviser of the JSC NC “Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary”, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the JSC “National Medical Holding”. Joined the fund in 2009.
