Creating of venture funds will contribute to attraction of private capital in innovational activity, reducing its risks, formation of mechanism of effective co-operation between the state and private entrepreneurship in the sphere of commercialization of innovations.
 
National innovational fund has created  6 venture funds jointly with private Kazakhstani partners. Investment policy of these funds is directed to search and attract the projects in the field of IСT technologies, new construction materials, pharmaceutics and other perspective branches, having export-oriented direction
