Association of Venture Funds

National Innovational Fund initiated formation of Association of venture funds of Kazakhstan, which has already started its work in 2007.
 The aim of formation of Association is cooperation to the development of venture financing in RK, creation of favorable conditions for the development of venture business, working-out the mechanisms of venture financing, formation of system of venture financing with participation of national and foreign capital.  
 
Tasks of Association are:
• Protection of Association members’ rights;
• Creation of favorable venture environment;
• Revelation and distribution of positive Kazakhstani experience of venture industry;
• Studying and systematization of negative experience;
• Protection of interests of participants of venture;
• Creation of good social image of venture industry;
• Attraction of leading foreign experience;
• Informational providing and creating of communicative areas for participants of venture market;
• Attraction of potential investors and technologies in Kazakhstan;
• Development and introduction of professional standards of management;
• Formation of strata of qualified specialists for companies of venture business.
 
Since 2005 National Innovational Fund is a member of European and Singapore Venture Capital Associations.
