JSC "National Innovation Fund" as the operator of the instruments of state support of innovative activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide grants for innovative professional development of engineers and technicians abroad to attract highly skilled foreign professionals for consulting, design and engineering organizations to implement management and production technologies ( further - the innovative grants) creates its own database of experts and expert organizations, which may be held to assess the projects eligible for innovative grants.

JSC "National Innovation Fund" initiated formation of a database of experts and expert organizations, which could be involved in assessment of projects eligible to receive innovation grants and technological business incubation services.
